Refund & Return Policy

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges, as our products are custom made to order.

Once an order is placed, it immediately goes into production. We do not accept order cancellations prior to shipping unless the material has not yet been cut.

For Defective Products:

If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any way, we will promptly replace it at no charge to the customer.

If you (1) purchased the wrong product, (2) it doesn't fit, or (3) you no longer want the item, we cannot accept a return or exchange. We will create a new order and charge you only after receiving your authorization. Your new item will ship within 48 hours or sooner for immediate fulfillment.
