Refund & Return Policy

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges, as our products are custom made to order.

Once Order is Placed it immediately goes into Production, we Do Not Accept order cancellations prior to our shipping out the order, unless material has not been cut.

For Defective Products:

When the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, we will replace promptly at no charge to customer.

If you (1) purchased the wrong product, (2) it doesn't fit, or (3) you no longer want the item, we cannot accept a return or exchange. We will make a New Order, charge you for a new order only after requesting authorization from you, and then we will ship within 48 hours or sooner to you for immediate fulfilment.
